Class of 2020 - Kaylee McKinney

In the summer of 2008, you stepped on the softball field for the first time with your little pink glove, bat and helmet…and now 12 years later you are stepping off the field for the last time.  Wow! Where has the time gone?!

The amount of time, energy, and hard work you have poured into the sport you love has not gone unnoticed and has been amazing to watch over the years. All the hours spent going to practices, games, hitting lessons, waking up early and getting home late, driving miles and miles to attend tournaments, and playing in extreme heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail and snow are special memories that will last forever.

We are so proud of you and all your accomplishments in softball and in school.  But, more than all the trophies, medals, and awards you have earned, we are most proud of your positive attitude, the encouragement you showed to your teammates, the respect you showed your coaches, your leadership, and your servant heart.  And those characteristics will take you far in life.

Kaylee, it has truly been a blessing to be a part of your softball journey (both as your parents and as your coach).  We will miss watching you play, but we will continue being your biggest cheerleader as you begin this next chapter in your life!

We love you!
