Coach Kevin Donovan is excited to continue his journey with the Inferno family, now stepping into the role of Head Coach for our second Loudoun Inferno 12U Travel team for the 2024-2025 season. With a coaching career that spans several sports and includes significant experience with teams ranging from 8U to High School, Kevin brings a deep understanding and passion for nurturing young athletes.

Kevin's expertise in coaching began in softball and extended to baseball and cross country/track and field, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to athlete development across disciplines. His impressive tenure includes leading teams to district championships and earning accolades such as the Northern Region Coaching Staff of the Year. With certifications from ASEP, ACE (USA Softball), NFHS, USATF, and an NFCA Pitching Endorsement, Kevin is well-equipped to elevate his teams' performance and sportsmanship.

Kevin's approach to coaching emphasizes fundamental skills and fostering a positive team environment where each player is encouraged to grow both as an athlete and an individual. His dedication is not only to the sport but also to building lasting relationships and instilling values that his athletes carry into all areas of their lives.
