Coach Tom is in his second season leading the Loudoun Inferno 14U C team, building on several years of recreational ball coaching experience. He played competitive baseball from childhood through high school, giving him a working knowledge of the game from a player's perspective. His coaching emphasizes ample reps, individual development, and a growth-oriented team culture. He is assisted by Lizzie Monnat, a former D2 softball player. The team is currently recruiting pitchers and catchers for the 2026-2027 season.
