Our goal is to provide a positive and competitive softball experience. While it's our goal to win, it's not our goal to win at all costs. We want to help our girls develop as players and, more importantly, as individuals.
Our Board and coaching staffs believe in developing a girl's character through hard work, respect for others, commitment, and teamwork. Our desire is not only to help our girls find success in softball, but also find success in life as they grow in their confidence and character and work toward being productive members of their communities.
Creating an environment where our girls can be sound fundamentally, develop lifelong friendships, and have lots of fun will make our players winners on and off the field.
For the 2026-2027 season, Loudoun Inferno fields seven teams from 9U through 16U, ranging from foundational development at the youngest ages through 16U C-level play preparing girls for college recruiting. Each team is led by experienced coaches who share a common philosophy: compete hard, develop fully, build character.
Loudoun Inferno is affiliated with Starz Gold, a nationally recognized fastpitch program that fields elite-level teams for advanced players. Starz Gold team details for the 2026-2027 season will be published here as rosters and schedules are finalized.
The competitive travel softball landscape in Loudoun County is full of programs that compete on results. Inferno competes on results and character. We're proud of our championship runs, our division promotions, and our college commits. We're equally proud of the chemo care kits our girls assembled with Step Sisters, the Honor Flights they greeted at the airport, the wreaths they laid for Wreaths Across America, and the Special Olympics softball clinics they ran.
Our coaches see the player and the girl. We want both to succeed on and off the field. That's the standard, and it shows in everything we do.
