2026–2027 Season 2034 / 2035 grad year cohort Volunteer position

Loudoun Inferno is seeking a Head Coach for the 2026-2027 10U team. We're looking for a coach with experience developing young athletes and a commitment to positive, fundamentals-focused player development. Strong communication and the ability to build team culture matter as much as game knowledge.

12U Head Coach

2026–2027 Season 2032 / 2033 grad year cohort Volunteer position

Loudoun Inferno is also seeking a Head Coach for the 2026-2027 12U team. The right candidate will bring experience working with players in this age group, a commitment to continued skill development, and the ability to manage competitive tournament play while keeping the focus on growth. Coaches at the 12U level work with players who are starting to take the game seriously, and the role rewards patience, structure, and steady team-building.

What Inferno looks for in coaches

  • Demonstrated commitment to player development at any level (rec, school, or travel)
  • A philosophy aligned with our mission: develop the player and the girl, compete with integrity
  • Strong communication with players, parents, and the broader program
  • Comfort working with girls at the relevant age group, with patience and high expectations in equal measure
  • Willingness to be part of a multi-team program where coaches support each other
