Loudoun Inferno is seeking a Head Coach for the 2026-2027 10U team. We're looking for a coach with experience developing young athletes and a commitment to positive, fundamentals-focused player development. Strong communication and the ability to build team culture matter as much as game knowledge.

The right candidate will bring experience working with players in this age group, a commitment to continued skill development, and the ability to manage competitive tournament play while keeping the focus on growth. Coaches at the 12U level work with players who are starting to take the game seriously, and the role rewards patience, structure, and steady team-building.
