Coach Thomas Bilgere joins us with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm as he steps into his new role as the 14u team coach for the upcoming season. Having spent four years coaching 10u and 12u softball teams, Coach Thomas brings a deep understanding of the game, honed from his own years as a baseball player from childhood through high school.

Coach Thomas is committed to continuing the development of fundamental skills and fostering positive team experiences. His coaching approach is focused on preparing young athletes for their imminent high school careers and beyond, with an emphasis on development that extends both on and off the field. His motto, "have fun and play hard to be successful," encapsulates his philosophy that enjoyment and dedication are key to achieving success.
